"Firstly, thank you. You'll be happy to know that my basement held up really well through Irene. When I drove around on Sunday and saw firemen pumping water out of people's basements, I found myself very happy that I'd had the good fortune of waterproofing mine just a month prior.

Second …There were quite a number of places in my neighborhood that had water issues in their basement. The topic of my recent waterproofing came up with a couple of people. At one point you'd mentioned sending mailers to people in the neighborhood. I thought that maybe if I wrote you a "happy customer" letter that you could include it with the "local" mailings and that might be particularly effective at this particular moment.
